Tamara Korpatsch delivered a confident performance in the WTA 125 Angers semifinals by defeating fellow German Anna-Lena Friedsam 6–3, 6–4. Korpatsch controlled the rallies, served with precision, and converted crucial break points to secure a straight-sets victory.
In the second semifinal, Kamilla Rakhimova produced a fighting comeback to beat Croatia’s Antonia Ružić 4–6, 6–3, 7–5. Rakhimova raised her intensity in the second set and maintained strong baseline pressure to edge the deciding set.
With these victories, Korpatsch and Rakhimova advanced to the WTA 125 Angers final after showcasing resilience, power, and tactical discipline on the French hard courts.
